Welcome to 1 For Shore: Your Coastal Getaway!
Location: Just two rows from the ocean, this charming single-family home offers breathtaking ocean views and direct beach access at the end of the driveway. Enjoy the refreshing 14’x24’ private pool, ranging from 2.5 to 5 feet deep (note: the pool cannot be heated). Relax on the wrap-around decks, complete with comfortable furniture and picnic tables for outdoor dining.

Ground Level:
Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy a gas grill, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience.
Game Room: Enter through the ground level into a fun-filled game room featuring:
A pool table
Cable TV
A cozy couch (double sleeper sofa)
An extra refrigerator
Bonus Room: Adjacent to the game room, this space includes a double bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Middle Level:
On this level, you’ll find three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.
Bedroom #1: Ocean-side with two queen beds and cable TV.
Shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower located in the hallway.
Bedroom #2: Ocean-side with two queen beds, a cable TV, and a private full bath with a tub/shower.
Bedroom #3: Overlooks the pool with one queen bed, one single bed, cable TV, and a private full bath with a tub/shower.

Top Level:
This is the main living area, designed with an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, and a half bath.
