The Sandbar is a charming single-family home located just two lots from the ocean, offering ocean views and direct beach access! Enjoy your own private, chlorine pool (pool cannot be heated) and relax in this beautifully furnished space.

This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with an open floor plan that provides ample comfortable seating for dining and lounging while enjoying the ocean scenery. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a dining table for 8-10. Sleeping arrangements include: King • Queen • 2 Singles • Bunk Bed (Double-down and Double-up).

Stay entertained with 6 Smart TVs (YouTube TV provided instead of cable), Wi-Fi, and enjoy the comfort of central air and heat, ceiling fans, a washer/dryer, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step outside to the furnished double decks with ocean views, accessible from three bedrooms and the great room.

The spacious master suite features a private bath with double sinks, a separate shower, and a jetted tub. The top-floor bedroom also boasts a lovely ocean view and a private bath with a shower. The two bedrooms on the middle level share a centrally located full bath.

Additional amenities include an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, a gas grill, and the 12x20 private chlorine pool. There's carport parking, and you'll also find bikes, boogie boards, pool floats, beach toys, puzzles, and games for extra fun!
