Enjoy the hottub , firepit and sunset views! Or take a quick walk across the street to the beach, a 3 min walk! An amazing location close to shops and restaurants, bring your fur babies! This home is bright with an open floor plan great for gathering together! With 3 decks, boat lift & tons of parking! Come stay with us!

Nestled in Emerald Isle, this delightful half house on the sound offers 3 cozy bedrooms - the master bedroom ensuite has a king bed, a sitting area with the view of the sound a private porch and its own bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed, and the hall bath also on the second floor. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle and a twin bed. With an open concept living family and friends can gather together and make amazing memories as this home is meant for a large group! It’s a perfect home with a 3 min walk to the beach, 2 decks and private firepit, sound views a boat lift and kayaks and bikes with a liability waiver and small fee to use the for boat lift- you won’t want to leave:) Enjoy the shared hot tub and dock and firepit (shared with neighboring other half of the home) you will love the views and more and guests can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Rent both sides and have up to 16 people together on vacation!!!

Perfect for our little vacation and getting prepped for our marathon. The house was a great location and the property was clean. The property manager was extremely nice and stayed on all our needs!

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was a very much needed vacation!! Stacy is an awesome host and I loved her recommendations for restaurants, every restaurant we ate at was one she had recommended. An extra bonus was the gorgeous sunsets!!! We will definitely be back in the future!!!
