The hotel is dirty, unkept and charges too much for the stay. Room did not appear to be cleaned . Tub dirty, sofa badly stained, carpet stained and had potato crumbs beside the bed, reusable coffee cup had a coffee? Ring around it! Should not use reusable cups/ glasses. Disgusting. We used the plastic one use water glasses. FORTUNATELY when I checked there were no bedbugs present. Towels very rough and smelled strongly of bleach. The shampoo bottle indicated Dove product. The product was so greasy I had a hard time rinsing it out of my hair. The free breakfast was ok but used to be much better. That is the only reason this property got a 2 rating instead of 0. Do not stay here unless you expect an overpriced 2 star stay.

We stayed at the Ramada in Regina for our youngest son’s doctor’s appointment in the East End, and honestly, I don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating. The experience was terrible. The room we were given was dirty and grimy — poor lighting, hair in the bathroom, and just an overall unclean feel. When we first arrived, we weren’t greeted at all by the front desk. The staff were rude, cold, and unwelcoming — not even a simple “hello” or acknowledgment. On top of that, we were charged $150 for incidentals, despite the website clearly stating $50. We paid it without issue, but it felt dishonest. The only part of our stay that was remotely enjoyable was the pool, which my kids liked, though I didn’t find it that great myself. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was decent, but that was about the only positive. Overall, this was a horrible place to stay — rude staff, dirty rooms, and an unpleasant environment. Thank goodness it was only for one night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room

Had a great stay here. Hotel room was extremely comfortable, lots of room. Surprised it had a mini kitchen with 2 stove top elements, sink, microwave and mini fridge. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good, cheese omelette, sausages bacon pancakes, and the usual cereals , toast, bagels, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here multiple times now. Great hotel. The price make the drive out of the city worth it. Only complaint (extremely minor) the rooms walls are kind of bare, could use some artwork or something. But other than that I will always choose this hotel when visiting Regina

Room was not very clean, gross chunk of who knows what on bathroom walls. Lights burnt out in room on arrival. It was fixed but maintenance was in there with us for at least 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Coffee maker didn't work (they did replace) and the fridge didn't work (they said they fixed it but it never was fixed). Breakfast was what you'd expect for a hotel Breakfast. If it weren't for the watersliding and pool definitely would not want to stay again. The staff were decent at trying to address multiple issues with room though. But when paying that price and having that many issues it is frustrating.
