I was unable to make my trip due to bad weather. And when I went to cancel my reservation Expedia said that they couldn’t give a refund because of the Hotels policies. And the Hotel said that it was Expedias policy. I say poor service! We were declared a state of emergency for the winter storm FERN!!!

Room was great, however, no hot water in the morning. Had to call the front desk who had to turn it on and wanted to let me run the water until it became hot...took almost half an hour. Suggest that the hotel turn on the hot water earlier or leave it on for travelers who want to leave early

On arrival we were put in a room that wasn't even clean yet. There was trash, bed not made,etc. They did put us in another room. We put out a privacy door hanger and they ignored it and came in anyway. We found out this when our door key didn't work. My husband went down to get it fixed and they told us that they thought we had checked out. Now how did they come to that conclusion
