The check-in staff were very accommodating, providing us with a room that was at the end of the hall and therefore very quiet (we had been traveling since 3:a.m. and would be in bed VERY early. In addition, we intended to leave the property very early the next morning; the "night auditor" was helpful at 3:00 a.m. in getting us fresh, hot coffee and water for tea so that we could be on the road again. The property itself is being renovated; the room could have used a second chair (it had two queen beds which we requested). Also, the bathtub was a bit slippery....mats might be helpful.

Booked two queen beds and arrived after 20+ hours of travel only to be told the room was unavailable. As a Lifetime Elite Gold member, I asked for a reasonable accommodation or courtesy solution and was flatly denied by the manager. Despite apparent availability, we were told to check out and find another hotel. Zero empathy, zero accountability, and elite status meant nothing. Very disappointing experience.

They didn't have the 2 queen bed room that we booked. They could only give us a king room so my adult daughter and 2 grandkids had to sleep on the floor. The girl said they always overbook. I only booked it 2 hours before our arrival because we were traveling.

I loved my room. When I went to breakfast, the eggs were sparse and they had run out of pastries, which was muffins English muffins bread. After I finished the small amount of scrambled eggs left, she brought out more bread, but it was a little too late.
