Mayfair Terrace House is a spacious two-bedroom home located in the quaint and quiet Berkeley Hills addition, situated perfectly in north central Emporia easily accessible off I-35. The location is a quick 6-minute walk to Champions Landing home of the premier Champs Disc Golf course, and only 10 minutes to the heart of our community Emporia State University. The home is a dedicated short stay property with a commitment to provide our guests and their fur babies if wanted, with a clean and carefree stay.

The Two BR One and Half BA home sleeps 6 comfortably with a King-sized bed in the Master suite and two Queen size beds in the second BR. Should you need additional sleeping space, a queen-sized air mattress can be made available upon request. The primary bathroom is a Jack and Jill design situated between the two bedrooms, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The living room is a spacious area with a full-sized couch that reclines, a love seat also reclines as well as a recliner.
