We invite you to experience the Beaches, Dearborn Street, fishing, water sports, walking trails, golf, pickleball, dining, shopping, Major League Baseball Spring Training, Farmers Markets, festivals, Lemon Bay Park, Myakka, Venice, Manasota Key and everything the area has to offer.

This cozy home is a cottage “and more!” designed to be a private oasis for making memories and living the small town Englewood experience. Stepping inside reveals an open living space bathed in light featuring Central Air Conditioning/Heat, and vinyl/tile floors. The split floor plan features an open living/dining area with flat screen TV, cozy sectional sofa, and foosball table. Sliding doors open the living/dining area and the master bedroom to the pool/lanai offering shade and sun, gas grill, a 4-seat dining table, and a 2-seat pub bar with kitchen pass-through. The pool includes a shallow end, deep end, and bench with spa jets. The massive fenced backyard provides great space and running room for your furry family member. Thought and care has been taken so that many Coral Cottage features make it easier for you to relax and immerse in Englewood - private backyard with tropical landscaping, intimate fire pit, and garage with ping pong table, laundry center, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, soft cooler, bicycles (adult and youth sized), adult trike, and golf cart for fully taking in the neighborhoods and Dearborn Street. Break out the cornhole boards for even more outdoor fun. The large semi-circular driveway also offers ample parking should you have guests.

No additional/hidden/cleaning fees.
Golf Cart: $200 additional per week/stay with an additional $250 refundable security deposit. Note that the golf cart is not street legal, it is intended for local use within an approximate 2.5 mile radius from the Coral Cottage.
Upon booking, a Rental Agreement for signature as well as a "Welcome Binder" with helpful information about the property and the area will be forwarded via email.

Robert and Rebecca made us feel very welcome and they included personal treats just for us! We were the first guests at their newly renovated home. Comfortable beds, fabulous master bath with step-in shower and raised toilet. Perfect for someone who needs these! Lovely pool and fire pit area. Great extras for family fun, too! As with any brand new remodel there were a couple of issues and the host was right on top of things! I would not hesitate to rent from them again!
