Vacation paradise, quiet with a 14'x 28' pool and Tropical tiki hut/bar which features a table in the pool and TV in the tiki bar. The pool/tiki area is situated on a separate lot directly between 2 rental properties and is shared between the 2. The house is located in a great neighborhood was just completed in March 2022 and has a small canal in backyard and an outdoor swing. Conveniently located to restaurants and golfing ( Rotunda, Riverwood, Myakka Pines). Close (between 15-30 min drive), to Gulf Beaches including, Boca Grand, Englewood, Blind Pass, and Manasota Key. There is parasailing, jet skiing, and dolphin tours within a 15 min. drive. There are baseball spring training stadiums nearby, Tampa Bay Rays (10 min), Atlanta Braves (20 min) and Red Sox (1 hour).

As far as clean I’d give it a 6 if I could. I’m very picky and I’ve never felt this comfortable in any other rental. Perfect convenient location to all shops, beaches and the best dining options around. We will definitely be back.

The house is new, well decorated, very clean and fully equipped. The hostess is very helpful and cooperative. It would have been better for us if the pool was attached to the house. The pool is very good and the Tiki Bar very cute.
