This was our second time staying here, and once again it did not disappoint. We returned mainly for the breathtaking views and the private beach access—both are truly exceptional. Every room in the house has an incredible view, which makes the experience feel special no matter where you are.Evenings were spent playing Monopoly and backgammon while listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset—it was pure relaxation. I’m already looking forward to my next stay later this year.

Might be not a priority to some people but internet is for me in order for me to do business while away. The password given didn't work and I messaged host which took days to reply and only to say I wasn't entering it in right since that was the only access, I did attempt multiple times with that password with no avail. Some appliances didn't work or function properly and and I informed the host with a list. I believe the host needs to attend to the property to make sure items are functioning properly. The house was very comfortable and amazing time on the beach, which was steps away.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property had everything we needed and more- the amenities were excellent, and the view stunning. Andrew was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. This is a fantastic beach location. It’s on a portion of Manasota key where this beach is private. Walk directly from the house out to the beach. Pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves for the entire Labor Day weekend.

Stayed for a weekend with my 2 adult children. Easy check in, excellent location, right on the beach. House had everything we needed, spacious and wonderful views. Weather didn’t cooperate, but that’s out of everyone’s control! Would stay again and would recommend.

Everything from initial interaction to check out was amazing. Great house. Plenty of room. The view is amazing. The beach was quiet and super close to the house. I can’t say enough honestly. Worth the stay for sure. We also found plenty of shark teeth!!!!! My kids had a blast.

Making Memories

Staying at this VRBO rental was an unforgettable experience for my family. The accommodations were amazing, but what truly made our stay special was the time we spent together making memories with our grandfather. From cozy evenings watching the sunset to adventurous outings fishing in the area every moment was precious and will last a lifetime. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for our family bonding! Andrew was very communicative and accommodating as our family situation was very sensitive. He allowed us to extend and was very helpful. My dog enjoyed searching for lizards and running on the beach everyday too! Will absolutely be coming back.

Awesome

I was hesitant on renting this house because it did not have any reviews but I took a chance and my family and I had the greatest Thanksgiving. I was in awe from the moment I entered the gated property. My jaw dropped when I entered the front door. The open layout of the home allowed the most beautiful views of the beach. This was the cleanest house I have ever rented. This home was perfect for my family from the large TV in the living room for my son and husband, to the yard for my two 4 legged children. I did not have to worry about having them escaping because the property was all fenced in. I don't like cooking especially when I am on vacation but the layout of the kitchen with the view of the beach made it a pleasure to cook. The patio and back yard was very private and only steps from the beach. Even though the weather was not great I spent a lot of time on the beach with my dogs. I loved this house and will definitely rent it again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family.
