Very nicely furnished and equipped ground floor unit within mins of everything Englewood has to offer. Close to shopping, restaurants, and couple of mins to beach.
Very nice floor plan with spacious living room, open plan dining, and glass enclosed sunroom which overlooks the nice rear garden with pond.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and eat-in kitchen table. Washer/dryer off kitchen.
The master bedroom has queen size bed with dresser, chest and desk. The master shower room is off the bedroom and has a separate vanity unit with a walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom has queen size bed with dresser. There is a guest bathroom with bath, over bath shower, and vanity.
Great place to spend some time in Florida
(New kitchen will be there by 01 Jan 2026).
