Recently renovated, the casita features a beautiful bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, laptop desk and office chair, outdoor seating, and a private, back patio with a barbecue grill and LED lights. Stream your favorite shows and music through FireTV. Adjust the heat and air conditioning to your comfort level.

The space:
Whether you’re an experience-loving explorer, in need of a relaxing get-a-way, or in search of an inclusive, virtual workplace, this brightly lit, green-friendly casita with modern appliances provides an exceptional experience. The perfect base for exploration, the duplex features 200 mbps of Wi-Fi. Work remotely, plan your day, or stream Netflix, You Tube, and other favorites through the enabled Fire Stick. Well-trained dog owners with 1 dog welcome!

Select an office space using the laptop desk, the kitchen table, or the patio table. Tired of scrambling for outlets and USB ports? Outlets and USB ports are conveniently located. To work remotely, direct connection to the modem can be arranged.

Sleeping space comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Use the white-noise machine for ambience or to block outside sounds (typically minimal in this area). The tastefully decorated bedroom has a queen-size, pillow-top mattress; the modern futon easily sleeps 1 adult or 2 children.

Enjoy outdoor seating on either the front bench (left of wooden gate) or the peaceful backyard patio with the charcoal grill. Futon sheets, pillows, and blankets are on the top shelf in the bedroom. Beach towels are in the right-hand, bottom kitchen counter. Feel free to use the portable, dual beach/camp chair or the large-capacity washer, dryer and cleaning supplies in the laundry room.

(1) a slow cooker or Instapot,
(2) boogie boards,
(3) the disability - assist shower chair,
(4) a rolling cart for office supplies and printer, or
(5) the pack ‘n’ play or highchair/booster seat
