Whenever I come to Entebee, this is the only hotel i stay in because it is top notch. The cleanliness, the amenities, the food is AWEmazing, and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

This property is located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, lake Victoria The only problem is with music being very loud on the roof top at night . Saturday it ended at 3:30 am. It is also loud during the day too.

We had outstanding service at this hotel. The communication before we arrived was prompt and helpful. We hosted an event at the rooftop restaurant and the food was excellent. The location is great , too. We walked to a nearby mall, the botanical garden and nearby restaurants. This was an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

They charged me for a key that I could not find. On my return stay I found the key but they would not refund me the $10 that they took from me. It’s a little thing but it leaves a bad impression. We had 4 rooms on 2 different stays so much for customer service. Maybe I will stay elsewhere next time.

My stay was excellent,I realized the hard way that my American clippers don’t work in Uganda even with an adapter. So I needed a haircut and beard trim badly. But to my pleasant surprise they had a salon in the main lobby. I was able to get a fresh haircut and pedicure for my ugly feet. Needless to say I was very grateful for that. But 5 stars across the board!!!!

Clean & convenient but need to fix internet

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in Entebbe. Lovely rooftop restaurant with good food & drinks. Gym incl sauna & steam room & small rooftop pool. The problem was the internet: complicated system of having to get a new code every 24 hrs (sometimes requiring getting out of bed at nite to get dressed to go downstairs just to renew); eventually they have me a single code for my weeklong stay. More importantly quality of net was poor: “connection unstable” appeared regularly. I couldn’t even do what’s app or teams calls as connection cut every few seconds. Streaming was ok. Front desk said was a new provider since 2 weeks. However for price of hotel this is a major issue, not least in a major city. Colleagues staying at much less expensive hotel down the road had no internet problems!?!
