I wanted to provide some candid feedback regarding the room. Unfortunately, there is very little that would justify this accommodation being classified as an Executive Suite. The overall experience falls well below the standard one would reasonably expect at that level. A few specific observations: Only one tea cup was provided despite the room being designated for two occupants. The television is small, outdated, and of a quality more consistent with a standard room than an executive offering. The furnishings, amenities, and overall presentation do not reflect an executive-level experience. Overall, the room appears significantly overrated relative to its advertised classification and pricing. I would encourage management to reassess both the room standards and the manner in which these accommodations are marketed to guests. 5/30/2026

A Pleasant Place To Stay

It was my 1st time in Nigeria since 2016 and i also went alone. This hotel was commended due to its location and also because of safety. I definitely wouldn't mind going back again. The front desk staff was pleasant, the cleaning staff was also pleasant...but the cooks wasnt good. So yes, i will recommend

This is a lovely hotel in Enugu. International standards. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel needs to fumigate more often, but otherwise this was a pleasant experience! I highly recommend!
