- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a fan, a washing machine, a plancha and an iron.

Outdoors:
- A 14 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The cottage is ideally situated in a residential complex in Eppe-Sauvage, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Aquatica Centre: lap pool, leisure pool with waves, saunas and a steam room for relaxation. The centre is a 15-minute walk from the cottage (entry fees are payable on site).
- Water sports: sailing, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, with equipment and lessons available for all levels
- Land-based activities: hiking, cycling, horse riding and nature activities to discover the local flora and fauna and enjoy the great outdoors

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the estate’s car park, near the cottage. Four charging points for electric vehicles are also available for all cottages.
