Ice storm & no salt & shoveling around parking areas, couldn't walk & a few people fell including me. They leave exterior front door open, on another day snow storm blew in snow, luggage carts covered in snow; what good are they! And their van was left parked under portico blocking entrance for guest cars!!

I stayed here last year and it was great. Nice big room with a great shower with a glass door...had a nice king bed. This year the room had two queens and it was wasn't clean at all and looked like it could have had bed bugs. I won't be staying here again.
