The room was ok. The bed was very comfortable but the sleeper sofa was awful! We requested extra sheets and pillows when booking but none of that was in room. The room phone did not work, which I did not like. I was there alone with my 3 kids and for safety reasons would have liked that to work. The bathrooms were so small. The pool was very nice along with the workout room! The restaurant next door was very good.

Filtered expectations

The pictures of the property showed the best of the property. But lacked the reality of some of the areas. The elevator was very rough and made lots of noise. The bathroom was completed outdated compared to the rest of the room. Some of the walls had damage and the continental breakfast offered poor quality items.

Brought our dog. Was told the $35 fee was for the entire stay. Hotel charged another $35 for the 2nd day. We had to cut our stay from 4 to 2 nights. Still waiting for 3rd party to refund the other two nights.

I looked online for a inexpensive room with two beds. I was looking for a space that was clean and safe. I thought i would give it a try. From the moment i walked in i was greeted by the staff. She took my information and was like your in the system. Then there was a problem with their system she immediately calls for help and apologized for the inconvenience. I was able to do a late checkout as well. My room was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft, We slept like a dream. They have 2 elevators but only one was working. that was no problem and it did seem a little old but overall it was ok for the price and its right off the highway. Oh and the breakfast was good as well. They waffles, cereal, muffins and bagels that were actually fresh and soft and more. For the price its worth it.
