Come experience a brand new white kitchen, new appliances, comfortable open living space, and a spacious driveway for all your friends and family. Enjoy this beautiful home close to everything you need! Just minutes from the airport and the famous Presque Isle. You'll enjoy this cozy home as you get to experience all the sights Erie has to offer you.

*We have another vacation basement apartment on this property. The other guests of the basement apartment have their own entrance in the back door through the garage. The house and basement apartment do not share any living space except the driveway. The garage and back door are only to be used by the basement apartment.

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully organized, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The space was welcoming and well maintained, making us feel at home right away. The owner was outstanding with communication—providing clear, timely details before and during our stay—and even took the time to personally meet us upon arrival, which made the experience feel especially personal and stress-free.

Location was convenient for everything we visited. The house had everything we needed, and it was nice to have coffee pods and some waters provided on arrival. The decor was minimal, which was appreciated with a toddler! The main road is busy and the queen bedroom is only feet away from a parking lot, so there was a lot of noise and lights throughout the night, which we are not used to. Luckily there was not a guest in the basement rental during our stay. It would have been awkward to share the small outdoor space since it is an amenity between both rentals. Overall we had a great time in Erie!

This is a wonderful vacation home and we would happily stay here again anytime we're in the area. It's clear that Bob and Elise take great pride in their property as the house was spotless, check-in was effortless, and communication was clear and direct throughout our stay. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the house offers ample types of seating for meals, games, reading, watching TV, etc. We did not eat in much, but the kitchen had the essentials, as well as nice touches like snacks and water. The house guidebook offered many useful suggestions for attractions in the region. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient, and also close to both Art's Bakery and to the Millcreek Wegmans! The owners were quickly available for any questions and easily balance kindness with thoughtful professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or stay!

Great place to stay! Lots of room for my husband and I, and our 2 kids. Very close to many restaurants and attractions. I am rating 4 stars only because of proximity to the road and at times it was difficult to pull in the driveway with traffic coming behind us. Would stay here again!

Great spot in Erie

We had a great time staying here for a 4 day trip to Erie. House was clean and welcoming with coffee, candy, a couple waters when we came in. Easy to find everything we needed. There was also an infant/ toddler tub to use in the shower for our 1.5 year old and a pack N play. House is located very close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. We would recommend it and would stay here again!

Misleading property & very noisy basement renters

The property advertises part of the parking is a garage, then found out you're not allowed to use the garage it's only for the downstairs renters. I didn't notice the listing had a separate basement rental since VRBO advertises you get the whole home. I'll take responsibility for missing that note on the listing but there is literally no sound proofing between the upstairs and the basement. You can hear everything going on downstairs, the sup pump is very loud. The house is located directly off a busy road and surrounded by apartments so not very quiet at all. The main reason we rent a house instead of going to a hotel is the fact that there's a kitchen and every other rental we've stayed at the kitchen was stocked with the basics. This house literally only had salt and pepper other than cooking pots and pans. There was nothing else, no cooking oil, flour, sugar, not even aluminum foil. I definitely didn't go on vacation to stock someone else's house for them. The toilet handle broke off the first time we used the toilet. Now I will commend the host they were able to get this fixed very quickly and I appreciate that but having to stay at the house to let the handyman in and out was not something I bargained for on my vacation. Felt the host was a little too into our business, wanted to know when our plane arrived and when we'd be out of the house. There are check in and check out times for a reason. Won't be staying here again.

Short trip to Erie felt like home

We spent 1.5 days here and felt like we were home. The newly remodeled family room was very cozy. I appreciated the binder left on the entrance table with all the things to do in town, tips, etc. Bedrooms are very nice. Big mirror in the master. The treats in the kitchen were a very nice gesture:) overall I would 100% stay here again if we are ever back in Erie.

Wonderful stay!!

It was our first time in Erie to visit family and I’m so glad we stayed at this house! It was very comfortable, clean and cozy! Elise is very responsive and sweet, will definitely stay there again. Location was great, close to everything. Highly recommended!

Very nice spacious house.

The layout of the house is open and spacious when entering. Kitchen is well appointed. Living area is tastefully decorated and Elise even added a little Christmas festivity with some decorations. Plenty of seating for family to visit. I would have given a five star rating but box spring and mattress in master bedroom fell inside the frame minutes after getting in bed. The box spring is balancing on frame instead of square in frame. I can only assume cleaning person moved frame off center when changing bedding. We recentered the box spring and were careful not to move around too much. Slept in second bedroom the next night. Mattress seemed worn and sagging on one side so spouse on other side of the bed was rolling “down hill” into me. Other than poor sleep quality I was pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the complimentary coffee pods as I had brought coffee and filters for regular coffee machine.

Awesome stay

The property was as advertised. Clean and beautiful. My daughter, 2 grand daughters, a great grand daughter, and I went to celebrate milestone birthdays. A day at the beach was just what we needed.
