Probably fine for a night or weekend but not for a multi-day stay. Never cleaned the room in 5 night stay. Had to ask to have the garbage dumped on two occasions. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and had to ask to have it mopped up...did not replace the floor mat that was dirty and soaked.

We do not allow our housekeeping team to go to any stay over guest due to security purpose of our guest and we always ask our guests if they want housekeeping and only then we allow our housekeeper to clean the room. We have changed your garbage bags at a time you told us to change. Please give us another chance to provide you more comfortable and satisfied stay.

It started off by me getting double charged and then triple charged. While on vacation he made one of my cards over drawn and the other I was left with 150 dollars. Still haven’t gotten the money back. The place is so gross. Second floor smells like mildew and mold the carpets have not been vacuumed in idk how long. It was gross

Thank you taking your time for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience and we talked to you about the authorization on your card which we already void it and we also mentioned that we can give you the voided confirmation number to talk to your bank and you will get your money back in your account with in couple business days. We are very disappointing after checking your room and we found that someone smoked in the room and we have the proof. We are requesting you to pay your outstanding balance for smoking in the room.
