Staff was not welcoming. Seemed like you had to talk to them before they would talk to you. Desk attendant at checkout with too much lipstick didnt say a word. Not a friendly place

Huge disappointment

Absolutely the loudest hotel with the rudest guests ever. And the elevator dinged all night. Pretty sure the hotel was built with plywood because I heard everything upstairs and the hallway was full of loud people and ridiculousness. Kids running through the halls, stomping at all hours of the night from upstairs too. Ridiculous that I heard all that. The room was ok, but I'll never stay there again, not at that price!!! They should be ashamed of not having any rules for their guests too.

Very Positive experience

When we walked in the door and approached the reception desk we received a very friendly greeting by the woman at the desk. She went out of her way to be helpful when we asked about restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable . We definitely would recommend.

The property is exceptionally clean and nice. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and as advertised. The only thing that was a problem was you can definitely hear everything from all of the other rooms and hallways. When I travel and have this happen I usually put the room fan on to dull the sounds but our air system did not have an option to have continuous fan on! But the price was great so it was a trade off. Will definitely use it again.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was pretty good and the service was friendly. We did however encounter a fee things the made the stay less than perfect. The shampoo in our room ran out and I was told that they didn't have anymore. Our bathroom had a broken towel rack on the wall which made iy difficult to hang our towels to dry. The pool was listed as and indoor heated pool but it was cool water.
