Rania is a beautiful private villa located in the exclusive Porto Hydra Village, a gated waterfront community in Akti Hydras. Surrounded by tranquil waterways, lush gardens and the sparkling Aegean Sea, this unique location offers privacy, security with 24-hour gated access and is idially located for visiting Hydra, Spetses and Poros, by car, ferry or water taxi. Rania enjoys lovely views of the sea, mountains and is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. The villa offers three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, together with open-plan living spaces , air conditioning, wardrobes, and free Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen and living area is welcoming, with sliding doors opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and olive tree. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, as well as a dining table and chairs. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, chaise lounge, a fireplace and a flat smart TV. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with sliding doors leading to a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and garden. The second bedroom has two single beds and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The upstairs bathroom includes a bath with shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs there is a third bedroom with a double bed and sliding doors opening onto a terrace. The second bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also a utility area for storage with an iron, ironing board and washing line available. Outside, sliding doors from the kitchen and living room lead to a large roof-covered patio with a dining table and chairs, while looking out over the garden and olive tree. The villa also features a built-in BBQ area with bench seating, a beautifully maintained garden, and a private parking space. The private beach is only a 6 minute walk away along the village paths and canals with crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea and wonderful views of the island of Hydra.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
