Booking Conditions and House Rules:
Minimum stay:7 nights. For shorter stays, please contact us.

Reservations up to 9 nights:do not include cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels.

Reservations from 10 to 13 nights:include a mid-stay change of bed linen and towels (without cleaning service).

Reservations of 14 nights or more:include a full cleaning and change of bed linen and towels at mid-stay.

Reservation confirmation:A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. For reservations made through other platforms, we will contact you to arrange this payment.

Final payment:The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:If the reservation is canceled within the refundable period, payments made by bank transfer will be fully refunded. For payments made by credit card, bank fees will be deducted from the refund.

House Rules:

Outdoor showers:Please use the outdoor showers to remove sand before entering the house. Indoor showers are not intended for this purpose.

Umbrellas:Always close all umbrellas when leaving the property. Sudden winds can occur on the island and may cause damage.

Waste disposal:Please dispose of garbage regularly to prevent odors and insects, especially during summer.
