Staff was very pleasant and understanding. I booked a room with 3 beds and didn’t check to make sure the property was handicap accessible. The staff made sure I got a room on the 1st floor with an adjoining room for my traveling companions.

The night manager was awesome and apologized when housekeeping did not come to our room. He offered a clean set of towels on the spot. He wrote down our room number to address this with staff. However, this didn't do any good. In the 3 nights we were there housekeeping did not enter our room to change towels or empty trash at all.

The staff was very friendly! The cleanliness of the room was ok. The bathroom had hair in places like it wasn't wiped down right. Paint was chipping everywhere.

Everything was nice here. Hot tub was a little green but that might have been the tile in the tub. Clean, friendly staff. Great breakfast!! Would stay here again.

Nothing unique. The rooms need to be remodeled. They do not have coffee out for early rise workers. they will not open breakfast until 6 am. people that work early has to go down to the gas stations for coffee and breakfast.

The clerk was awesome we had been driving for a while to get here and asked if we had coffeepot in our room he said no but made us some he went out of his way to make us feel welcome he could of just said no

So disappointed! Will never return!

We were a group of 9 that travel through Escanaba every couple years. We will never stay here in the future. This place is run down and way understaffed! The staff that was there was working very hard but there is only so much they can do. Wyndham should be ashamed of putting their name on this property! The place screams of neglect! The water in the spa was dark and dirty! Mattress was sagging in the middle. Towels were clean but the holder for them was falling off the wall as well as the hand soap holder next to the sink! The picnic table outside for guests to sit at was broken and missing an entire bench on one side. Nothing but metal bars and screws sticking out. It should be disposed of before someone gets injured! Terrible experience!
