Da wir die Übernachtung mit Besuch im naheliegenden GOP genutzt haben und mit Besuch in Oberhausen war das Hotel für uns topp von der Lage. Das Hotel selbst mit Sauberkeit u Freundlichkeit des Personals war auch topp. Die einzige Beanstandung haben wir bzgl des Zustellbettes, was ein ausklappbarer Sessel gewesen ist. Dieser war so hart, daß wir unsere Kopfkissen als Matratzenaufpolsterung genommen haben.

Gut haben uns die Lage und die Betten gefallen. Nicht so gut war die Lautstärke abends/nachts auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel, wo sich Gruppen von Menschen treffen. Das bedeutet Fenster zu, dann ist es aber sehr stickig im Zimmer. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage konnte man allerdings nicht mal auf kleinster Stufe laufen lassen, sie war einfach viel zu laut. Vergleichbar mit einem Lüfter im Badezimmer.

Schöne, saubere Zimmer und nettes Personal. Leider war die Kasse des fremdbetriebenen "Kiosks" kaputt, sodass man sich trotz einer riesen Auswahl abends nichts mehr zu trinken oder Snacks holen konnte. Sonst alles super.

Einchecken ging sehr schnell, dann ins Zimmer. Dieses war sehr muffig, nicht gelüftet und beim Aufschlagen der Bettdecke lag dort eine gebrannte Erdnuss. Dann Zimmer gewechselt, Fernseher eingeschaltet, Fernbedienung leider Batterie leer.....
