This 250 m² former farmhouse in the Forez region, spread over two levels, blends the charm of traditional materials with modern comforts. It features four bedrooms (3 double beds, 3 single beds) with comfortable bedding, a large winter lounge with a fireplace, a summer lounge, a dining room, and three bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto several terraces perfect for al fresco dining. You'll also appreciate the 2200 m² garden, equipped with a gas and wood-fired barbecue. Enjoy the wellness area with a spa and sauna (optional), and the private heated swimming pool (May 15th to September 15th). Linens, towels, and beds made upon arrival—everything is included for a relaxing stay. Children's games, 200 comic books, books, mountain bikes, table tennis, darts, and baby equipment are provided.

Access to the spa (€150) and sauna (€190) is available as an option from the owner. This charming 9-person cottage, nestled in a verdant setting in the heart of the Montagnes du Matin, captivates with its bucolic surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. Your host:
I collect or rummage through old objects and old agricultural or craft tools. For over 40 years I have been restoring an old farm in the Monts du Lyonnais, which houses the cottage, to restore its former glory using noble and old materials: oak, stone, lime, terracotta tiles, etc. Local granite stone is omnipresent. I cut it, I bush hammer it, I build (dry) stone walls, where you can hardly see the cement, I have redone a porch, fireplaces, stone jambs, etc. I am always happy to answer questions from tenants who are interested in the past and inexhaustible for those looking for a cottage with a real history and soul.
End of stay cleaning is included.
