lovely to be able to walk alongside the river into town. We missed the restaurant which we had enjoyed on previous visits but "light bite" meals were fine.

Good Hotel, but pets in breakfast room
The hotel and room was clean. Service was friendly and breakfast offer enjoyable.
For health, safety, and hygiene reason pets should not be allowed in the breakfast room. This should be enforced by hotel staff not by clients!
Unfortunately, during breakfast a couple with their dog did not abide and brought their dog into the breakfast room, which was constantly barking and squeeking. On a polite reminder they got offensive.
I was touring WWI battlefields and stayed here for a night. Clean, comfortable, convenient, only 2 km/20 minute walk from quaint downtown area and easy access to the A4.
Just what we wanted. Easy drive fom CDG Airport. Charmong downtown area where we got a SIM card and something to eat. Comfy if smallish rooms. Pleasant Engkush speaking staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Adequate, dusty room
Small rooms are adequate and functional if you have no other options. Affordable and decent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. "Free" wifi was so slow as to be nonfunctional; they have an option to pay 3 euros a day per device for "high speed" wifi. We did not try that. No A/C, rooms stifling and road noise too loud to open the windows. I would expect not to have A/C in a historic property or small B&B, but I do expect A/C (an functional wifi!) in a chain business hotel such as Ibis. We dreaded spending any time in our room.

Great for a quick stop
We stopped on the way to Disney and the hotel offered a good solution for a good night of rest.

Internet was incredibly slow to the point where it was unusable. Check in process was very slow and they did not understand that we had two rooms reserved. My colleague had another guest enter his room in the middle of the night because the hotel did not update the paper sheet that they track rooms on. The breakfast was fine and the room was comfortable but overall it was not a great experience.

OK for an overnight stop
Check in was slow. Lots of staff behind the desk but only one poor overworked individual doing any real work. I felt guilty about being given a room for clients with a disability when I didn't need them. Wi fi was poor. I tried to upgrade to the premium service but was told by reception that it was no better than the free connection. At least he was honest. The receptionist was also manning the bar at the same time as checking in clients. He tried his best but we had a long wait to be served drinks. Wondered why the management lurking in the back office couldn't have helped out.
But it is a reasonable hotel in a convenient location and the breakfast was very good.
The hotel did not have any air conditioning. The heat was almost unbearable and the hotel did not offer a reprieve. Other than, the hotel was in a perfect location for historical means. The town was walking distance and the country and monuments were all a short drive.

Ideal hotel for a stopover in the Champagne region
Hotel was clean and pleasant.
We arrived just in time to get an evening meal - the menu was limited.
Breakfast was between 6.30am and 10am - we arrived down at 9am to find most things had runout and were not being replaced (croissants/pastries) and cutlery was sadly lacking, we had to ask twice before we got any spoons!
Otherwise stay was comparable with Travelodge in the UK
