Beachfront Townhouse, great Seaview, Walking Distance Estepona Centre!

Very charming small beachfront town house with great sea view in a securely gated BEACH FRONT resort with a large communal pool and direct access to the beach. Subtropical communal gardens. Walking distance to all amenities and the centre. The house has a nice terrace with a dining table, a BBQ and a private garden with sun chairs. The kitchen is well equipped. There is one double bedroom with built-in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom is an open mezzanine with a matrass to sleep 1. The living-room is nicely decorated with a comfortable sofa, television and a dining table. The resort has a gated car park with a straw roof. The large supermarket Carrefour, several beach bars, a fresh bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser are all within short walking distance. Estepona old town is a 15 min walk. Popular places like Puro Beach club, Puerto Banus, Los Flamingos Golf Club, Marbella are all within a 5 - 15 min drive. Bedlinen, towels, WIFI and maid service are included in the rent. In the same urbanisation you can rent 2 other houses, one with 3 bedrooms /p486902) and the other one with 2 bedrooms p8369314). Loren est une personne trĂšs aimable et trĂšs professionnelle. Toujours Ă  l'Ă©coute de nos attentes ,comme nous trouvions la maison petite,elle nous a proposĂ© pour les prochaines vacances une autre maison,au mĂȘme endroit car nous avons bien aimĂ© la situation . Nous avons séjourné à Estepona pour une durée de 15 jours en août 2019. L'accueil de Lorraine était parfait. Elle a été de trÚs bons conseils et disponible durant tout notre séjour. La petite maison est idéalement située, face à la plage et les pieds dans l'eau pour passer de parfaites vacances.

The house is very good equipped. You have everything you need. The little kitchen is functional and you can cook everything you want. The beach is just in front of the house and the swimming pool is very pleasant. There are many shops all around. Lorraine is very helpful and reactive. You can really count on her. Perfect size for a couple

Villa was compact but very usable, really comfy bed and furniture in general. Only downside was the size of the shower cubical. We had a fantastic week relaxing and walking into Estepona.

Our stay at this beautiful little property was amazing. It’s location is second to none, waves crashing to wake up to was heaven! 10 min walk into the old town with lovely bars and restaurants, along the boardwalk made for a lovely stroll. Loved it, thank you!

Perfect location

Great location, the sea is 2 feet away from the property. The townhouse is small, but it was perfect for two of us. The place can use some updating , however it's clean and has everything you need. The manager is very helpful and quick to respond to any of your problems

Little gem right on the beach

We wanted a quiet, cosy property right on the beach and this fitted the bill perfectly. In the morning I could slip down the steps from the terrace onto the quiet beach, sit on a rock, feet in the water, and drink my first cup of coffee. The property itself is not pretending to be all mod cons and is full of rustic charm set in a beautifully kept, small, private complex. The house manager Lorraine was friendly, efficient, and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely head back at some point in the future.

LÀget mycket bra, nÀra staden , havet och allt. Bostaden: LÄg standard generellt, framförallt kök o badrum, typ -80 tals standard, omodernt, gamla visslande kranar i köket, för litet kylskÄp med felhÀngd dörr, undermÄlig uppsÀttning bestick, glas koppar mm! Strandhaus direkt am Meer

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage mit direktem Meerzugang. Es ist ideal fĂŒr Paare, die gern schwimmen gehen, das Meeresrauschen genießen möchten und sich auf das Wesentliche reduzieren können. Ich habe auf der Terrasse Bilder gemalt und die Umgebung in der Sonne auf dem Liegestuhl einfach nur genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Lorraine verlief bestens.

Living by the sea

The little villa was just what we wanted, right on the beach and in a place we knew well. The views were fantastic , with the sound of the sea, as our wake up call. It is just the right distance out of Estapona, to make you feel as if you are in the country, yet only five min walk from the town center, where there are a great selection of restaurants. being a tall person, I found the breakfast bar a bit of a sore head. but that apart , we had a wonderful break. Loraine , the manager, was a joy to deal with and a font of information on what to do and where to go. We will be back....for our fourth visit !

Wonderful patio with a great view

We stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The apartment has great access to the beach boardwalk, grocery store, and good restaurants but is in a quiet area of Estepona. Lorraine did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. Strongly recommended!

A lovely property on a great little urbanisation, well positioned for exploring Estepona and beyond

We have just returned from a lovely weeks holiday at No. 6. We had a lovely welcome from Lorraine and instantly fell in love with the property. It was very well equipped and the only thing it lacked was a/c or at least a fan for the main bedroom. We spent very little time in the house apart from sleeping and making occasional use of the kitchen as the patio and garden were our preferred option. This was no detriment on the house as it was lovely but so was the weather! If you are looking for new and modern, this is not for you and fortunately for us, that is not our thing. We had trips out to Gibraltar, Benahavis and the lovely Ronda as well as several walks into Estepona town. We did not need to use the second bed area apart from storage for our suitcases. This area is quite limiting with low headroom and potentially a heavy landing if you miss the unprotected edge! Everything else was great although perhaps in need of a little updating in some areas. Lorraine was very friendly, helpful and responsive to messages. I would not hesitate to return to this property/urbanisation if we are to return to Estepona in the future

Schönes Feriendomizil direkt am Meer

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Ferienhaus direkt am Meer und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, sogar NĂ€hzeug. Die Hausverwalterin Lorraine empfing uns herzlich und zeigte uns alles und war sehr nett. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
