Additionally, residents have access to a fully equipped gym with sauna, social club and secure garage parking. The generously sized living room is divided into two sections: a dining area and a comfortable seating area with a sofabed and smart TV opening onto a balcony with outdoor seating. The renovated kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Moka coffee maker, and toaster. The primary bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed with separated bathroom including a shower.
