This newly renovated 1695ft2 home is in a gated private community and is the perfect location for shopping, dining, and relaxing. It is located directly across the street from Coconut Point shopping center. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub and glass shower, 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a bathroom that can be made private by closing a hallway door, 3rd bedroom/office has a fold-out murphy bed. The home has a full-size washer/dryer. This home is located a short walk from the community clubhouse with lighted tennis courts, bocce, pickle ball courts, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, fitness center, pool, and hot tub available for your use. 2 car attached garage and back porch with table and chairs.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an island bar with seating for 2 that opens to a kitchen table with seating for 4 and a cozy family room featuring a Smart TV. The home is equipped with Fiber wireless internet. There is also a dining room with a table and 6 chairs.

The house has a private pool and spa combo in the backyard with a screen cage around it. The house has a lush forest behind it for privacy.

Home away from home

Nice home in the lovely, quiet, gated community of Marsh Landing. Located across from Coconut Point Mall, within easy walking distance, lots of shops and restaurants. State parks and beaches are nearby within 20 minute driving distance. Although only my husband and I stayed, the home is spacious for 4-6. All amenities you could ever need are provided, well equipped and spacious kitchen, new washer and dryer. The lanai faces an indigenous preserve conservation area, has outdoor eating area for up to 6. The pool and hot tub are screened in, however are not heated. Nice community pool is located just down the street, with clean and spacious lounging area, gym, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball. Matthew was available to answer any questions. We enjoyed our two month stay in this lovely home.

Lovely Home

We were more than happy with this lovely home. The pictures on the website are very good, however, it looks even better in person. The washer, dryer & refrigerator appear to be new. The home has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and is tastefully decorated. The lanai is private facing a deciduous forest. While the pool is not heated, it is only 4 houses away from the community clubhouse with an 80 degree pool & 104 degree hot tub. It's a nice neighborhood to walk...large enough to get a decent walk or jog. The home is also in a great location in Estero close to shopping, dining, state parks and sunsets. Matt was great to work with & available to answer questions when needed. We had a great stay and hope we can stay again in the future!

Great Estero location

Nice property and very nicely equipped in a great location. The two of us were very comfortable here. Close to many attractions. The owner was super to deal with and always got back to us promptly when we had any questions. The clubhouse was just a few houses away and we spent a lot of time at the gym, pool and hot tub. Major mall just across the street with anything we needed.
