Welcome to the newly decorated Nicky's Resort on Fall River. Nicky's is a riverfront property along the Fall River less than 5 minutes to downtown Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Nicky's features 22 tastefully remodeled rooms that make you feel like you have arrived in the Rocky Mountains.

This unit features 1 King bed. Featuring smart TVs for streaming, cable TV, wifi and a Keurig coffee maker. All rooms have been tastefully decorated with a mountain and forest theme.

Outside you will have a small patio table with chairs to take advantage of the gorgeous views all around you. An ice machine is available 24 hrs a day just downstairs from your place.

A full-size pool is open during the summer months, along with eight propane BBQs and benches located on the river's edge for your enjoyment. A small putt-putt area, corn hole boards, sports balls and a lighted wood burning pit area is all provided for your entertainment. A full-size restaurant and bar is located just across the bridge next to this property.

The room was clean, and cutely decorated with the cabin theme and the surrounding area. They provided coffee and plenty of towels. Also plenty of bedding to keep warm. Easy to get to town, very short distance without being tight in town. Lots of wildlife sightings!Highly recommend.

Great Experience At Nicky's Resort in Estes Park, CO

We will definitely be back to Nick's Resort! Great remodeled rooms with a charming setup. The restaurant in the parking lot was a winner as well!! The only complaint that we have was on the VRBO side where they booked us in separate rooms over two nights and didn't notify us.

They property was very nice and loved the location. The room was smaller than we liked but it was clean and we were grateful we could access the room from the back and not have to tote bags up the stairs. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the cool weather. It was a very nice stay.

Great location

We just needed a place close to RMNP entrance for an easy drive into the park for a 4am start to catch the sunrise at Sprague Lake and this place provided that for us.

The location was absolutely amazing!! The property itsself needs some attention. Pool was not kept up and our room had light bulbs out. Needs a good deep clean.
