TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: if you are interested in booking and experience a problem and message that directs you to try again later please stop trying . You can call to discuss with vrbo but so far its been several weeks and no solution from them. You can call or text 303 949-9762.

This absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and Remodeled in Feb 2020 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Don't try to squeeze your family into 600 or 700 SQ FT. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. New hickory floor, new sectional couch and decor in Feb 2020. Brand new mattress in master as of October 2019. There is a coffeehouse, an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with FREE shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. The shuttle bus will allow you to avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park. You will also enjoy easy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means after you place the town provided parking pass in your car you can just leave it sit for several days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. At 1400 Sq Ft you wont be squeezed in like in so many of the other Estes Park condo or cabin properties. Get more for your money! You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. If staying cool is important you will find that there are not many units in Estes with A/C and while its not used for much of the year, between June and early Sept it is appreciated.

PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.

If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.

Once we figured out parking we loved it! It was spacious and has a beautiful view of a stream from the master bedroom. It even came with a high chair for our little one. We would recommend this to others.

All about location

We enjoyed being in the heart of town! We parked our car in the provided parking space and didn’t move it for 3 days with so much to do around town and within walking distance or via shuttle. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed. Hope we can return one day!

Comfortable apartment in a great location!

I stayed at this property with my husband and our two young children. The apartment was clean and spacious for the 4 of us! The location was great, just above shops in the main drag through Estes. The only slightly inconvenient thing was parking during the day
 we had a parking pass but because it was peak season the crowds were heavy during the days and it was tough to find a spot! This wasn’t the end of the world as it cleared out after dinner and we were able to easily park right across from apartment. We had a great trip to Estes and would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very nice overlooking a small river. Great location for exploring RMNP and the charming town of Estes Park. Free EV parking across the street was a plus.

Location convenient with a price. The dumpster was emptied outside the bedrooms each morning at 6 to 6:30 am lasting up to 15 minutes of banging the dumpsters. Don’t plan on sleeping paste 6:30 am.The nearness to places to eat and have coffee was nice. No covered parking. Water was turned off (planned by city) but we were not informed by the owner. This was brief, but inconvenient.

Exceptionally Pleased

I wanted my title to be different from all of the other reviews, but this condo is truly an excellent place to stay. Great location, nice layout, and surprisingly quiet. Andy responded quickly to every email I sent him. No fault of the owner, we wonder why the builder made the one bathroom so large, when a 3/4 bath could have easily been added to the primary bedroom. We will definitely stay again. P.S. If you go out to breakfast, try the cinnamon French toast at the NotchTop restaurant in the Safeway parking lot. Oh My!!!

Outstanding place to stay. Conveniently located right in downtown Estes Park and an easy walk to any store you want including the grocery store. Easy to see the glow parade from the window if you didn’t want to brave the cold. Parking is a breeze. Also, this is a very easy short drive to the entrance of RMNP. Perfect for my wife, 10 year old daughter, and I.we will definitely stay here again.
