Everything great however the drains did not drain well at all. Also only having your room made up every 2nd day is a disappointment but when they don't make your bed its extremely disappointing.

Stayed 1 night. The soap from the previous guest was on the ledge by the towels. Looked like someone had scrubbed soap on the wallpaper beside the mirror above the sink. Just a couple cleaning details that were missed. Otherwise good stay.

Rochelle is fantastic to deal with. Rooms are clean, pool was great, hot tub was great, breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

When I checked in I was first waiting around 7 to 10 minutes while a staff member was standing not doing anything in front of her terminal. Then when she checked me in she gave me a room that was already occupied and wasn’t even the kind of room I booked!

We loved this place and works stay again. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Full breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and easy on those of us with food allergies. I would suggest better lighting in the washroom and USB plugs for phone charging.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and a clean room. My issues were when we arrived we were demoted from my booked king bed to a double queen which didn’t make a lot of sense considering how few people were staying at the hotel. The bed was comfortable but incredibly small. And the rooms are so outdated. There wasn’t a single USB port to plug our phones in. We rarely tote out wall outlet chargers and simply pack the USB cord because we haven’t come across a hotel that didn’t have USB chargers. We were surprised to say the least.
