Peaceful, quiet two-bedroom home in forested hills of South Eugene

This property is in a hilly neighborhood built in the 1970's, where the trees have grown up around it, fully forested with deer and turkey around. You will have the best of both worlds, tranquility at home, but also minutes from restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. A 5 minutes drive gets you to beautiful hiking trails to Spencer's Butte that overlook Eugene. And only a 12-15 minute drive to campus or downtown.

This home offers 2-bedrooms, one with King bed and master bathroom, and one with a twin bed and a trundle with the guest bathroom across the hallway. Shower and bathtub available. All mattresses are organic, water is filtered under the kitchen sink, and cleaning products are majority 'green'. The interiors were fully renovated 6 years ago.

The kitchen is supplied with quality-ware, including excellent/sharp knifes - good for those that like to cook. Open floor plan with the kitche, living room and dining room.

The outdoor space in good weather is very user friendly, with gas BBQ, outdoor couches, hammock, and tables to host a meal.

There is an attached apt. to this home with rentals to traveling nurses.

This house offers the perfect retreat. I look forward to hosting you.
