This new painted unit is walking distance to “B” Dock, Battery Point Lighthouse and Beachfront park. Also SeaQuake Brewing and new Paragon Coffee are within walking distance. The fenced back yard can be accessed from the Master Bedroom and side yard. It has a small patio to enjoy the bright Sunny days in Crescent City. Enjoy most of the amenities you will find at home including a smart television to stream your favorite shows.

“B Dock", Rock Beach and Pebble Beach are all within just a couple blocks from this property where there is good fishing and crabbing without having to charter a boat.

The Redwoods, Smith River and Jedidiah Smith State Park are an easy 10-15 minute drive from the home. Enjoy your stay!

This is a great vacation rental . Spacious with fenced in backyard .Walking distance to beach ,light house, pump track ,coffee shops, restaurants & downtown Crescent City . Centrally located for trips to the Redwoods , Smith River , Elk Valley Casino & more.Comfy beds, very clean home. Great for families, couple’s get away etc. I am a resident of beautiful Crescent City & placed my very picky mother in law & daughter (her granddaughter )at the home, for a visit with us. They loved the house & found it very comfortable . Loved the kitchen which had everything needed to cook meals. Nice dining area & living room area was cozy & comfortable to watch tv & visit. 2 bathrooms . Arrival to home was easy with key pad & instructions were clear . Very good & fast communication with host . Located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. I would give this lovely rental a 10 & would not hesitate to rent again for my family or myself .Sorry no photos . We were too busy having a fun Christmas . Pics on VRBO are an accurate depiction of home.

This was a perfect place for our family! Very family friendly and equipped for kids with games, books, movies, coloring, beach toys, etc. Close easy walk to the beach or the lighthouse. Loved the location, and the house! It was clean and equipped with more than the necessities. Kitchen was fully stocked. The host was excellent and attentive to handle any concerns. The vent for the heater was leaking in the rain and they had it repaired same day and got the heater going for us. They even dropped off a space heater in the meantime. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

We had a phenomenal stay. The host answered any and all questions we had about a possible tsunami prior to our arrival. The house was welcoming and clean. We were able to walk to the beach on the first night to see a beautiful sunset. It was also very close to the Redwood Forest which was our main goal while traveling.

Location was great, came for the Redwoods loved that, ended up going to the Battery Point Lighthouse at low tide and was so surprised by this little addition to our trip. The time spent exploring the sea life in the tide pools were a highlight of our trip. My 10 and 7 year old loved exploring. House was exactly what we needed and one of the better stocked houses I’ve stayed in.

Fun Family get together

We planned this family trip to the coast after a two year absence. We appreciated the well appointed & stocked kitchen. We ended up doing some cooking. And the overall open layout , 3/2 full baths, little backyard all worked well. Enjoyed the location also; took some walks to the beach & park.

It's a duplex

Our first day there was pretty cold. The heater didn't work and we were freezing. We finally figured out that the furnace pilot light had gone out. I immediately emailed the owner and he was very responsive. He was going to send over a person to light the pilot lightllight.mamathey're mine

Simple and inexpensive

Cute little duplex and close to the beach. Not the most modern place but it worked. Had almost everything you could image needing except for a candle to mask the old/musky smell of an older rental. Not the worst problem to have I’m just a little more sensitive to smells. The WiFi was not working when we got there but we contacted to owner and they were very quick to help us remedy the situation. Overall we had a nice time. Cozy little home for a couple like us or a family!
