I didn't get the room! I requested a room on the ground floor in the back I requested a particular room but they gave that one away and I asked if they have anything on the ground floor and they said no so they gave all the rooms away on the ground floor in the area I wanted to be in. I called it three times to make sure. The hotel was half empty to you so that just make it filled up the area that I want to stay in first. The gentleman behind the desk soon to be unmoved by my situation and my request. He really just didn't care! Obviously this hotel doesn't care. I cancel my reservation and went elsewhere

The breakfast ladies are the best thing this hotel has: they are helpful, sweet, welcoming. 10/10 They should be running this hotel. I liked the reasonable pet fee for only 35 dollars per stay. I also liked that the coffee/water/tea station was always available to guests. However, the pet friendly room we stayed at had nothing to do with the ones pictured. Everything was really old and not taken care of, the bathroom door was peeling off, the carpet had lots of stains, it didn't look clean. The mattress was sagging because of how old it was. This hotel needs a remodel badly. There is no one cleaning your room at any point in your stay-you need to notify them 1 day in advance if you want them to do so. Because we were traveling with a pet we couldn't stay at a room with a fireplace or a nice bath tub (like the ones pictured). Also, the parking lot is open and anybody can come in so that didn't feel very safe, as there are a lot of homeless people in Eureka. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. There is a new Hilton down the street at roughly the same price point and we'll be staying there in the future.

We had the special room that had a king size bed and a separate room with a queen size bed for my 17 year old son. A wonderful setup! My son loved their half indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. Reception was helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff made check on a breeze. Clean comfy room there's a koi pond in the garden near the hot tub. However, we were there on a Saturday and I don't recommend walking around at night.
