Includes two full bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, full furnished kitchen on large serene lot adjoining Leatherwood creek and nestled up against the bluff of East Mountain yet within easy walking distance to the shops, clubs and restaurants of downtown Eureka Springs. We had a great time there. Great location. It was quiet and a short walk to the shops. Plenty of room for parking. 2 sitting porches. Nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi's and a shower. Dining room and living room and plenty of places to sleep. Very comfortable. Pet friendly. My dog loved the place; she was very comfortable there. Everything worked great and the owners were very responsive. We had a very enjoyable stay!

This home is in the center of everything, we were in for a wedding. The outside of the house and grounds were the perfect backdrop for pre-wedding pictures. We did the wildlife refuge and the safari both plus hit Branson, Onyx cave and more. The house offers the excitement of the shops in town and the quiet to relax. It was clean upon arrival and contact with the host was easy

The house was historical and very cool looking. Everything in the home worked great. Hot water was plentiful and the 2 mini split A/C units were sufficient to keep us cool. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels. The home could definitely use some cleaning/deep cleaning. There's a layer of dust on everything. I had to clean the floors when we got there because we have a 1 year old that crawls all over. The toilets, sinks, and tubs all looked pretty clean. Everything just needs a good wipedown and if they washed the curtains and especially the couch/futon cover, I think it would smell a lot better in there. It seems that there was maybe a dog that layed all over the couch/futon and it smells pretty bad. Not a bad place for the price though and the location is convenient to downtown for sure. We would definitely stay again if it was cleaned up a bit better.

Nice historical cottage with antique furniture. Close enough to downtown to walk and only five minutes by car. Beds were very comfortable. Stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep if you have mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a fantastic location, about a 5 minute drive to anywhere downtown. It was very pet-friendly. The heating system is a mini-split on each level of the house so it does not provide adequate heat to the entire home.The property was extremely unclean especially the walls, toilet, bathtub, and floors. We did clean the toilet and tub in order to use them. There was not any laundry detergent for the washer that would have been helpful for washing the towels used to clean the property. This place definitely has potential but needs a major deep clean.

The cottage is adorable and the host was very welcoming. The location is perfect. Beds were comfortable and cozy.My only complaint is the heating system. It was a cold weekend and the inside did not warm more than 62 degrees.
