There was no ice machine on the premises. The staff was very rude. The room had a very strong nasty smell. I had to leave a day early and then refused to refund me for the 1 night I wasn’t staying. I will never go back to this hotel again. I will stay somewhere else.

We didn't have any problems checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind even though our check in was after 10:00. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very basic and outdated. The shower head was literally sticking out of a hole in the wall. The chairs in the room were very wobbly and felt like they would break at any amount of weight. We did enjoy the stay, however. It was good for the price.

Our initial room’s A/C wasn’t working properly so we had to change rooms. The wi-fi was spotty. Everything else was good for a budget type hotel. Clean and satisfactory.

I booked online and when we go there he charged my card again for the room. Thankfully he did realize it and called me to resolve it. The bed was not great and the room was not very clean. There were spots on the wall and looked like mold in the bathroom by the shower.

Coffee maker in the room would not brew a pot of coffee... when i originally turned it on, it didn't come on at all. I switched outlets and it brewed a bit and then stopped. Hot water would not come on in the shower.

Hard to find hole in the wall

First of all the place was hard to find. The address listed on hotel.com is across the street from the hotel. The hairdryer didn't work. Then also had put us directly under a family with kids that enoyed running back and forth late into the night and resumed early the next morning. They're were also skittles under the bed. That's a hotel i definitely don't plan on going back to.
