House is an open floor plan, reverse story and a half with huge, open kitchen, 6 Bedrooms, 2 large family rooms and 3 1/2 baths. Master has a full en-suite bathroom and king-sized sleep number bed on main floor. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a king-sized bed. The other two bedrooms each have two twins. Large loft over garage is 6th bedroom. It has two twins. The loft is not air conditioned, but has a large exterior fan to pull in the cool lake air.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and cookware. Kitchen has double oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Kitchen table can seat 12! There is an extra refrigerator in the garage. House has clean, pure well water that is loaded with minerals and very good for you. State of the art whole house carbon purification and filtration system for water installed and implemented at house after October 22, 2017 rental.

Trash removal service provided at the house, as of February 1, 2019. No need to pack and take your trash as discussed in review below.

Absolutely no smoking inside the house or on the property and no pets.

There is no Wi-Fi and no TV service. Come here to get away from all of that! Pure relaxation! Put your phone away, disconnect and just breathe. Spend time enjoying the people you are with! There are lots of board games, card games, puzzles, VHS to watch movies and other activities to spend quality time together.
