I was so pleasantly surprised with this property as I needed a room on the west end of Eureka and most of the economy standard hotels seem to be east. I had a small little queen studio room in the walk-out basement type lower floor of one of the lodges. (8 - Hideout) The room was so cute, and very clean.(although I would have loved a broom or swiffer accessible so I could continue keeping the laminate floors clean as I tracked in dirt, but perhaps that's just me). The parking situation is basically as good as it can get with cabins and lodges on the side of a mountain- meaning the cabins have individual spaces next to them (only one) but the downstairs lodge rooms are kinda like, find a place in this circle drive if there is one. Since it's off season and they weren't full, it wasn't an issue. Peak season may be different. I loved that there were chairs just outside my room I could sit in and look through the trees at the view, and a picnic table with outdoor jenga on it just a few feet away. The only "complaint" i have with it was that I think due to the lack of carpets, the noises of the guests upstairs was a little loud at times, but it was just people walking around being people, not different than a regular motel, just a bit louder due to the laminate wood floors. It was a perfect little room for me by myself. The decor was so cute and appropriate, with nice fixtures. I would have enjoyed having my partner there as well. I will be returning to this property!

This place is the absolute BEST! We originally booked a double bed cabin that was in our price range for our little family trip just my husband and 16 month old and they upgraded us to a king bed and the best cabin they had for free. I mean who does that really!? I will choose this place everytime and don't even need the upgrade. It's easy to get in parking is directly in front of cabin and the scenery, my God 😍 The cabin is decorated and full kitchen to make you feel at home. There isn't a single thing I can tell you guys that's wrong. Please choose The Woodsman's Lodge for any trip you make to Eureka Springs I promise you will be as satisfied as we were.

Stayed in Cabin #11 overlooking the mountainside full of fall foliage to the southern horizon. Both afternoons we sat (napped) outside next to the porch soaking up the late October sunshine. Room was spacious, shower hot & large. Mini fridge was nice to keep the bevies cold! Enjoyed the lodge’s quietness & location to the Historic Downtown (5min). Hiked Black Bass Lake (all 3 trails) down the road just around the corner from Lodge. Hung out in the room after dinners & never felt cramped. I would book again with Morton & Mackenzie.

The lodge was easy to access and centrally located. The room was comfortable, and the back deck was a great place to read a book or just relax and enjoy nature. We stayed in late October, so the pool was closed. It looked like a great place to go on a hot summer day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at the Woodsman Lodge! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The shower itself is absolutely amazing, we just wish the water pressure had been better. It took forever to shower. Otherwise everything would have been so perfect. The property is perfectly located and easy to access. Unfortunately there was a major power outage while we were visiting, but thankfully our cabins weren’t affected! Overall, it really was a beautiful stay. Thank you!

The view from our balcony was beautiful, a great place to enjoy that first cup of coffee and listen to the birds. We also really enjoyed the sunset view over the mountains from the sunset patio. They have done a wonderful job updating the property. The room was decorated very nicely and spotlessly clean.
