The ck in receptionist was very rude made u feel less then and talked to u like u were a child. Upon entering the room as we went to bed that night I noticed blood on my comforter the clerk said they'd chg both beds and clean the room they only chgd 1 bed and didn't clean the room. Also next morning I took a shower as I dried off with one of thier towels I noticed blood on that as well it also looked as though housekeeping just folded a dirty towel and put it back on the shelf it was disgusting. They did remove hotel resort fees and taxes but I feel a one night room comp would be more appropriate since all that was a bio hazard

The property needs a major remodel. Every carpet everywhere has multiple stains. The furniture in the room was torn and scratched. Dirty. I was very shocked for a casino to be so nasty. I will never return unless a remodel has been done.
