Love the balcony and spacious rooms. The garden scenery is a plus. The owners take a lot of pride in this property, it shows. Affordable price. Clean rooms. Pet & kid friendly. Comfortable beds. Could use laundry facility, room updating (they were doing this I believe when we were there), more room for pets to use the restroom since the area is near a somewhat busy road (the passerbys might scare pets), and better internet (for work), but other than that - no complaints. It's a great deal for the price.

Looking for a cheap room just to sleep? Found it

Its a forty-five dollar room, what do you expect. Run down, old, not updated ever. But gets the job done. Beds are comfortable. Could be worse.
