We had a room for 3 adults, our 3rd stay at this hotel. The room is clean,the breakfast was delicious,plenty of choice and fresh, We had a meal at the restaurant that was really good. The staff were helpful, kind and we'll be back for sure.

Such a warm welcome into hotel - easy to check in and out, lovely Christmas feel. Rooms were super, clean, good temperature and had Plentg of tea and coffee. We picked up a hot chocolate with marshmallows at reception which was such a lovely touch!

Very efficient and friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable, well equipped room. The hotel was perfect for an overnight stop between long bus journeys. We ate in the restaurant which was welcoming and offered a very suitable range of dishes. We would happily use this hotel again.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Especially the bar and restaurant staff. Karen was particularly efficient. The hotel was very well looked after and the rooms were spotless. I would highly recommend staying for easy access to the city centre.
