This gorgeous, air-conditioned, 3-bedroom villa is a leisurely walk to the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, Ross Street mall and many eateries in town. The well-appointed villa is set up for you to have a relaxing break with your family and friends and has access to Wi-Fi. After soaking in the wonderful sights Exmouth has to offer, enjoy a dip in the complex pool surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens. Prepare your own meals, dine alfresco in the outdoor patio area or walk to the cafes and restaurants. Do as much or as little as you desire this villa is ideal for a self-contained holiday.
Downstairs:
Open plan living and dining area includes a dining table, a lounge area with a sofa and two chairs and a flat screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
