Dawn -front desk is very helpful and accommodating. She saw that Im checking in with my mom (elderly)and she made a way to check us in early. This hotel is very convenient from the airport and the shuttle service is efficient.

Everyone was friendly and the resort had a lot of character. The only drawback was that the restaurant wasn't open on Christmas day, so we went to a terrible Thai restaurant. I can understand why the restaurant wasn't open that day, but it would have been nice for guests to have a decent place to eat. Regardless, we're planning to go back the same time next year.
