This is a large 2-bedroom suite with private entrance located on the first floor. This suite features a sitting area and king bed in the main room, plus a bonus room with a full bed and private bath.

A $350 cleaning charge will be assessed to violators of the smoking policy.

High-speed internet service, cable TV.

Walking distance from 4 restaurants, specialty and antique shopping, and art galleries, pizza delivery is also available.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

RATE POLICIES
Rates quoted are per night and are subject to state tax and a city tax. All rates and information are subject to change without notice.

Credit Cards – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for lodging.

WEEKLY RATES
Rates apply to a reservation of 7 or more nights.

GENERAL POLICY
Maximum unit occupancy allowable for suites are up to 4 adult/child, the maximum unit occupancy allowable for rooms are 2 adult/child and there is no room for additional people. Children under two years of age are not included in occupancy count.

All our units are non-smoking units. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be assessed for anyone smoking in a unit. Kegs, firearms and fireworks are not allowed on property.

FULL PAYMENT UPON BOOKING
Full payment for entire stay will be due upon booking, payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and is required at time of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 7 days or more before a refund will be issued. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, any amount paid will not be refundable. Christmas/New Years reservations are non-refundable after December 1st. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OVER THE INTERNET VIA EMAIL.

MISSING OR LOST ITEMS
Grayhouse Inn Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for any lost, forgotten or stolen items. If forgotten items are located and requested to be mailed to the owner there is a minimum fee of $10.00 the recipient will be responsible for.
