There are three balconies for lounging as well as a rooftop with a couch, as well as a patio adjacent to the house. There are three full bathrooms and a half bath. One guest bathroom shower doubles as a steam room, while the primary bath offers a standalone soaking tub. The guest bedroom with the full bed and the bedroom with the trundle bed share a bathroom with a shower and tub. There are two parking spaces in the garage and two cars can be parked outside.
