You can spend days in this amazing home while exploring everything Asheville has to offer from hiking to shopping to seeing the magnificent Biltmore House.
Biltmore has reopened as well as parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Arboretum. Come join us for the holidays!

This beautiful home is located in Fairview, NC, and is only 10-15 minutes to Downtown Asheville, about 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 15 minutes to Biltmore House. Uber or Lyft can pick you up from this location and take you where you'd like to go and you can have Instacart deliver your groceries or have food delivered from the amazing Asheville restaurants right to your door. (There is even a coffee shop within walking distance for your morning pastries and java!)

Modern Westside Retreat is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps two more. There is a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and an Instant Pot with an air fryer for you to cook your favorite meals while you enjoy the open areas of the kitchen, living room, and dining rooms. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy on the inside but there is more! The screened-in back deck is a peaceful area for you to enjoy each other's company over morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. You have beautiful long-range mountain views from the front porch as well.

If your group would like to enjoy some of the neighborhood outdoor amenities, there is a pavilion located down the street from the house with a small charcoal grill, some picnic benches, and a firepit for you to take in the mountain view.

We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started. If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.

Relaxing & comfortable

We recently stayed for a family birthday celebration! We will definitely stay here again! The house was thoughtfully decorated and furnished, very clean and in a GREAT area convenient to Biltmore, Asheville Outlets and the Blueridge Parkway. Everyone had room to relax and have their own space and were had everything we needed to prepare meals. You definitely can’t go wrong booking this space! It’s a great value!

Great fall getaway

Great cozy house for a quick long weekend vacation. My wife and I had a nice time here. Only downside is it’s close to the highway and there’s a lot of road noise. But overall no problems.

very convenient but not a quiet retreat

Great house, but it is right next to Hwy 74 which turned out to be a major highway with truck traffic. It was quiet inside, but back porch was nearly unusable due to road noise. Furniture looked nice, but not really comfortable for a week long stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home for 2 couples for the weekend. It’s in a neighborhood of all bnb properties I think? But all brand new homes and very quiet. We especially loved the little coffee shop in walking distance. Only about a 10 min drive to downtown Asheville. Would def stay again.

Girls weekend Getaway

The home was more beautiful than the photos. The location was very easily accessible to downtown, Biltmore and the Blue ridge parkway. Easy access but in the country. The property manager responded quickly to a minor issue with the lock. Travis was great and even recommended a great local restaurant. The house had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and linens. I would recommend this property highly and would love to come back.

Birthday celebration weekend

Very new, stylish decor and comfortable accommodations, with a well stocked kitchen! The front bedroom could use a darkening shade. Great food nearby Piazza and the Local Joint, and we shopped in Asheville, Black Mountain and Hendersonville with the bears on every corner. In Hendersonville we ate at the Dugout. We hiked at Chimney Rock and Hickory Nut Falls, both majestic.

The house was great. It was clean and plenty of room. The location was not as remote at I was led to believe. It is very close to the highway and headlights shined into the bedroom all night. Maybe some room darkening curtains would help. Otherwise we had a fantastic weekend.

Girls Trip!

My mom, sister & I all went to Ashville for a long weekend, and we stayed at this beautiful house. We absolutely loved it here!!! The house was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had a gas range and everything you need to whip up a great meal! We loved sitting out on the screened in patio after a long day at Biltmore! The location was close enough to everything we needed but also off the main drag, so we could enjoy quiet evenings at home. It was the perfect getaway!

Clean, super comfortable, convenient

The rental was perfect for our short 4 day stay near Asheville. It was immaculate. The Tuft and Needle mattresses were amazingly comfortable (thinking about getting one now!). We didn't do any cooking so I can't say anything about the kitchen - all we needed was coffee and mugs. We preferred to try some of the great brunch spots like BiscuitHead and Early Girl Eatery. We had dinner at Chai Pani, Rosabees, etc. The location is 15 min from downtown and 15 min from Biltmore. It's about 45 min from Pisgah forest - We visited Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock. Yes, it backs up to a busy road. We turned on sound machines and didn't hear a thing. My only minor complaints - the bedroom windows need blinds and the water pressure is poor. I highly recommend this property! We had a death in the family for our original booking date in December and the property manager let us reschedule to spring. So kind and accomodating!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The house was really cute and very clean. The property management team was very responsive and helpful. It has everything we needed for our family weekend. Will definitely consider making this our go to spot in Asheville.

Very comfortable and clean. It was updated and the beds were super comfortable. The hot water accommodated 4 women to take showers back to back. I highly recommend. The neighborhood was clean and safe and the location was close to several places. I recommend pancakes at the neighborhood Joint, the chestnut downtown and Vinnies Italian. Amazing comfortable stay.
