The accommodation had everything we could wish for. The equipment was grandiose, the furnishings completely met our taste and were very modern. The amazing house in beautiful Kamilari even exceeded our expectations. The location and the view is just fantastic, the house is very modern and chic, everything works properly and with the pool it is just the perfect combo. Villa Maria is wonderfully located with astonishing views of the mountains and the sea. The sunsets are truly mesmerizing. Great house with all necessary amenities. Very clean, beautifully decorated and a nice refreshing pool. The surrounding area is very quiet which was something we really appreciated. The town of Kamilari is idyllic. Great if you want to try truly local Cretan cuisine. Our host Alexandra runs the restaurant Loggia and we can highly recommend it. Villa Maria is ideally located with the beach of Kalimaki and the towns of Matala and Agia Galini all close by. In short, highly recommended place for discovering this part of Crete.

Doesn't get any better.

High design: white with wood accents. Very private. Super clean. Amazing view. Kitchen was fully equipped. AC worked great and was very quiet. Operating the TV, though, was over my pay grade. Alexandra, our hostess, was terrific. Getting around the village is complicated. Waze and Google maps both failed me due to construction road closures.

Perfect villa in beautiful Kamilari

This villa is a loved home and it shows - from the moment we arrived we felt at home. It is equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is bijoux but just what you need to cool off and the air con does the trick when the temperatures hit the 30s. Stunning roof terrace and views to die for over hills and olive trees with the sea sparkling in the distance. Kamilari town is unspoilt with many tavernas to choose from (Loggia and Acropolis were super) and winding streets around the church and square. Beaches nearby at Matala, Komos and Agia Galini and Kokkinos Pyrgos - all different but all worth checking out for that clear blue sea!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der gesamten Unterkunft.Die Beschreibung ist sehr gut und entspricht den Tatsachen. Meerblick, Bergblick. Aber vor allem totale Ruhe. Im Haus ist einfach alles was man braucht. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig durch einen sehr netten Herren gepflegt. Das man natürlich mal selbst das durch den Wind in den Pool gelandete Blattgut usw. entfernt, ist meiner Meinung nach eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechperson vor Ort lief perfekt. Alles in allem kann man das nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hält, was sie verspricht. Angefangen bei der tollen Kommunikation mit Myriam, über den tollen Empfang von Alexandra Boston zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Villa war in einem top Zustand, sehr sauber und hat einen gepflegten Garten. Ich hatte Sorge, dass dort viele Tierchen leben könnten, da die Villa in der Natur gelegen ist. Jedoch hatten wir nicht einmal einen ungebetenen Gast, außer Ameisen. Das ist aber kein Problem der Villa, sondern der Insel selbst. Alexandra war für uns 24/7 erreichbar und hat uns wertvolle Tipps an die Hand gegeben. Es wurde in 12 Tagen sogar eine Zwischenreinigung gemacht und der Pool wurde 2x frisch gemacht. Der Pool war super temperiert und das Außenmobiliar war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ingesamt ist die Villa mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Sogar eine elektrische Saftpresse.Die Betten waren sauber, nett hergerichtet und bequem. Die Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei und falls es doch kleine Komplikationen gab, hat Alexandra sich sofort gekümmert. So gab es für uns sogar ein Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl auf Nachfrage ohne Aufpreis. Der Ort hat viele steile Straßen. Hat man diesen aber erreicht erwarten einen viele tolle Tavernen mit noch tolleren Ausblicken - ein Auto ist also absolut zu empfehlen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach magisch. Wir hatten einfach einen rundherum perfekten Urlaub dort und haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt im Süden Kretas

Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Das Haus ist purisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend. Einmal in der Woche wurde eine Zwischenreinigung durch Alexandra angeboten, die uns auch sonst bei Bedarf schnell behiflich war. Der Pool wurde 3 mal in 9 Tagen durch Thomas gereinigt.Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

Ein kleines aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Traumhafter Blick auf Berge und Meer. Wir waren im April da und froh, dass wir dicke Pullover dabei hatten ( es gibt keine richtige Heizung). Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bäder sind minimalistisch aber stylisch. Super nette Betreuung vor Ort, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschön!

Das Haus und die Lage ist sehr gut. Die einrichtung und die Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Ruhige Lage. Das einzige, was verbessert werden sollte, ist die Beschattung der Sitzplätze draussen, es hat zu wenig möglichkeiten den Esstisch den Sitzplatz zu beschatten Die Taverne Loggia ist zum essen sehr zu empfahlen.

Komfortable Villa mit tollem Weitblick auf Meer und Berge

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit herrlichem Weitblick auf das Meer und das Psiloritis Gebirge, wo im Juni noch Schnee am Gipfel liegt. Im fußnahen Örtchen sind mehrere sehr gute Tavernen und in 5-10 Minuten Autofahrt ist man im am schönen Strand Kalamaki oder dem belebten Matala. Das Haus ist luxuriös ausgestattet und hat einen sehr gepflegten Pool und Garten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir empfehlen das Häuschen ohne Einschränkungen!
