No visitors unless you have notified property manager or paid for a special event.
You are responsible for doing your own dishes, cleaning the BBQ after use, filling the propane if empty and removing all trash from the property at check out.
Special events: Events must be be approved by property manager before check in and event fees paid.

OUR PROPRTY:

The estate is located 20 minutes to Temecula wine country and Pechanga or Pala Casino.

Live the vineyard life and stay in the winery owner’s hilltop Mediterranean retreat. Nestled on 15 private acres with breathtaking views bordering on the southern fairway of the Pala Mesa golf resort. Experience unapparelled privacy on an estate with the only home on the hill among the grapevines, avocado and citrus trees. We even have a boutique tasting room (open weekends only) right next door.
Our captivating views of the mountains and valley along with the twinkling lights from the highway at night are nothing short of spectacular!
The 2 bedroom main house has a great room with tongue and groove spruce ceilings, and an enormous rustic stone fireplace with 50” TV. It opens to a private courtyard with swimming pool which makes this either a romantic retreat or a real family get a way. The open gourmet kitchen and the dining area overlook the sunken living area. The massive master suite features a king size bed, 42” TV, fireplace, large private seating area with French doors that open up to the courtyard and pool. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and has its own private bathroom, shower, TV and closet with a washer and dryer. There is a two bedroom casita guest house adjacent to the main house. Both bedrooms feature queen beds that share a full bath and a cozy living area with a full kitchen. A group can enjoy privacy, yet share pool and private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining/seating
area.
While you are there grab a walking stick and stroll along the almost 2 miles of walking trails through the citrus grove and vineyards. Of course you are just steps away from the winery tasting room (Hours of operation: Fri-Sun 12:00 am to 6:00 pm). You can choose to mingle with the tasting room guests where you will receive a wine club member tastings and discount on your wine purchases. Or remain secluded in the beautiful home and locked gated pool area courtyard.
Take a break from the privacy and go down the hill to spend time at the beautiful Pala Mesa Resort with a round of golf or a game of tennis. Enjoy the clubhouse Aquaterra restaurant, intimate lounge with stone fireplace, or spacious outdoor patio with live entertainment.

Site seeing? You cannot beat this home’s location with easy access to I-15 and Hwy 76. With Fallbrook’s climate known to be the one of the most ideal in the world you can enjoy so many things to see and do. Check out “101 things to do in Fallbrook”. You’ll be amazed there is so much to do in this quaint historical farm town once was the world’s largest producers of avocados.
Feel like putting your toes in the sand? You are 30 minutes away from Oceanside Pacific Harbor were you can enjoy the beach, walk the pier, movie theaters, dine in Oceanside eateries and stay to soak up a fabulous sunset.
Ten minutes north is Temecula Valley Wine Country where you can spend afternoon sampling wines in the tasting room of more than 60 wineries. Temecula’s Old Town at Front Street offers antique shops, fine dining, boutiques, night clubs and more tasting rooms for wine, beer and olive oil. Make sure to stop at the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings to see the diversity that is California.
If you are seeking lady luck there are 3 Casinos as close as 7 miles to the east. Pechanga, Pala and Pauma casinos offer the best in gaming. They are also know for live nationally renowned entertainment, concerts and great restaurants.
