ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Alis is a stunning private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche, nestled among rolling hills and just 4 km from the Adriatic Sea. Its location is perfect for those seeking total privacy while still enjoying the lively atmosphere of Fano, an elegant seaside resort rich in events, markets and shows during the summer season. The property is fully fenced and surrounded by a spacious garden with ornamental plants and centuries-old olive trees, ensuring maximum tranquility and seclusion. A refined porch with sliding glass doors embraces the villa; air-conditioned and furnished with a large table, it provides the perfect setting for meals in any season. The exterior areas are designed to offer the utmost relaxation and conviviality: two gazebos with comfortable sofas, a hot tub and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas barbecue, grill and wood-fired oven. Additional amenities include a hammock, football table, table tennis and an external sound system that sets the perfect mood for poolside days and evenings al fresco. The beautiful swimming pool, featuring Roman-style steps, a safety cover and optional heating, is the centerpiece of the garden. Inside, the villa offers every comfort, from a fully equipped fitness room to an aromatic sauna, ensuring a stay focused on well-being and attention to detail, enhanced by the thoughtful care of the owner.

The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor you find a cozy living room, kitchen, double bedroom connected with a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of a small kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, quadruple room (two single beds and a bunk bed) and bathroom with shower. Outside near the main building there is a small independent dependance with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms of the main villa, dependance, fitness room and glass-enclosed porch. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.

DH Villas hat die beste Auswahl speziell in den Marken Durch die Vermittlung von DH Villas sind wir (unter anderem) auf die Villa Alis gestoßen, zuerst 2015 und in den letzten Jahren regelmäßig. DH Villas hat eine gute Auswahl von mietbaren Häusern und die Vorabbeschreibung stimmt exakt mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Auch alles rund um die Buchung und Betreuung klappt immer hervorragend. Nun sind wir Stammgäste der Villa Alis und können Marco und Melissa, die Besitzer nicht genug loben. Bis 2026 wieder!

Dette var vores anden gang i huset. Det var lige så fint og lækkert som første gang. Perfekt sted st samle familien. Lækre faciliteter, velholdt, rent. God beliggenhed ift. både Fano og Pesaro. Dejligt at området ikke er oversvømmet af turister.

Besser geht es nicht. Marco ist der Beste. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden – ob man es braucht oder nicht, hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: absolut ruhig und mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Der Pool ist riesig und der Jacuzzi sorgt für extra Entspannung. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Marco, den PERFEKTEN Gastgeber. Er ist mit Abstand der beste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann – immer freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, das Wohl seiner Gäste sicherzustellen. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus und Marco als Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Unglaublich schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten die Villa Alis Mitte April 2025 gebucht und mit insgesamt 12 Personen voll ausgelastet. Trotzdem war für alle mehr als genug Platz. Der riesige Garten hat jeden Tag (auch bei Regen Dank der tollen überdachten Terrasse) zum draußen sein verführt. Der Pool wurde auch täglich ausgiebig genutzt und hatte dank der Poolheizung entspannte 26°C. Eine lohnende Investition. In den Abendstunden ging es dann nahezu täglich in den großen Whirlpool. Alles wurde 2x wöchentlich durch Marco gepflegt und gewartet. Er war immer für Fragen offen und hat stets schnelle und umfangreiche Auskunft oder Hilfe geleistet. Marco und seine Familie waren wirklich tolle Gastgeber und sehr nette Menschen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Alis, denn wir kommen definitiv wieder. PS: Danke Marco, für die tolle Zeit.

Schöner geht's nicht

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Villa Alis und hatten wieder einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub. Die Villa ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Ausblick, die Nähe zum Meer und den Sehenswürdigkeiten machen die Villa Alis zu einem perfekten Ferienhaus. Marco steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hilft wo er kann. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in der Villa Alis.

Tolles Anwesen für wunderbare Ferien

Das Haus lässt definitiv keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war auf im April angenehme 29 Grad erwärmt. Dazu Whirlpool und Sauna, ein Pizzaofen für die richtige Portion Italianità und viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten (Fitnessraum, Waschmaschine, zwei Küchen etc.). Für 8 bis 10 Personen hat es mehr als genug Platz. Es fehlt an nichts, die Unterkunft ist auch sehr sauber und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung. Das Highlight ist aber Marco, der Betreuer vor Ort. Immer hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle, stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hätten gut und gerne noch länger bleiben können. Tipp: Ausflug nach San Marino einplanen! Zudem hat es viele schöne Weingüter in der Umgebung.

Perfekt plass for hele familien.

En praktfull villa som passer for familier med barn. Vi hadde ett perfekt opphold der. Stedet var vakrere enn på bildene. Med alle fasilitetene og unger som kunne springe trygt rundt. Ett eget lite hus som passet perfekt til besteforeldre. Verten hadde mange gode tips og var behjelpelig hele tiden. Rent og alt vi trengte. Stort og flott og alle har lyst å reise tilbake. Perfekt for storfamilier eller vennegjeng. Jeg vil anbefale plassen og du vil ikke bli skuffet. Kjersti

Wonderful week stay in Villa Alis

The photos did not this Villa justice. This is a truly beautiful property and immaculately maintained. Marco was the perfect host ensuring we had everything we needed on arrival and through our stay. The villa is located within walk/cycle of a local supermarket and bar, which makes the most amazing pizza, and a short drive to wonderful local restaurants. We also utilised Marco's loungers and parasol at the local beach which was perfect for our 2 families with stretched of white sands and brilliant beach restaurants which served the best 'Vongole'. All in all a fantastic week and I would thoroughly recommend .

In een woord fantastisch

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Vila Alis. Alles was compleet: prachtig zwembad, jacuzzi, voldoende stoelen buiten en zeer compleet uitgeruste keuken met espresso machine. Vooral de ontvangst en service van onze gastheer Marco was zeer bijzonder. Niets was teveel en wij voelden ons direct thuis. Het huis heeft 4 slaapkamers(1 bereikbaar via andere slaapkamer of buitenom) en 2 badkamers met daarin een wc. Indien gewenst kan je tegen een meerprijs nog een extra slaapkamer huren in een apart huisje, waarin ook een badkamer is. Fano is een gezellig stadje, typisch Italiaans. Wij gaan graag nog eens terug naar Vila Alis!

Paradisiaque

Encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Un accueil super de Marco avec sa hotte de père noël. Grande disponibilité. La maison : parfaite ! Propreté irréprochable et ménage en milieu de séjour. Très pratique et fonctionnel car les équipements sont très nombreux et en parfait état y compris la vaisselle . Très bonne literie et environnement calme et paisible. A l'extérieur champ d oliviers piscine et jaccuzi : magnifique ! Sans oublier les huiles essentielles pour le jaccuzi fournies aussi par Marco ! Merci à lui et à sa petite famille efficace et discrète les jours de ménage. Notre seul regret est d'avoir du repartir de ce superbe endroit. Encore mille fois merci Marco et au plaisir de revenir. Una casa bellissima e un'ospitalità ineguagliabile

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a Villa Alis in 8 persone e tutti (dagli over 70 ai teen ager) sono stati soddisfatti. La casa, curata in ogni dettaglio, si trova in una posizione incantevole ed è ben isolata dall'autostrada (nonostante sia assai vicina in linea d'aria). Oltre alla piacevolezza del soggiorno, l'ospitalità e la disponibilità di Marco sono andate ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Ci resta un ricordo bellissimo e la speranza di tornare l'anno prossimo.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Unser Aufenthalt in Fano gestaltete sich von Anfang an äußerst angenehm. Beginnend bei der unkomplizierten Buchung und freundlichen, raschen Betreuung durch die Agentur, weiter zu dem wirklich famosen Haus. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit, das Haus ist nämlich wesentlich schöner und geräumiger als dargestellt. Wir waren schon in etlichen Ferienhäusern, diese war jedoch mit Abstand das Beste. Die Innen und Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war überkomplett. Sogar Kaffeekapseln wurden bereit gestellt. Der sehr bemühte Besitzer Marco umsorgt uns nicht nur mit div. Obstkörben und Wein, sondern war auch immer zur Stelle z. B. bei der Müllentsorgung. In Sachen Sauberkeit sind wir noch nie auf so einem hohen Niveau untergebracht gewesen. (Der Grillrost und der Kühlschrank sahen aus wie frisch vom Markt). Fano, der Starnd und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die nahe Autobahn hat uns nicht ernsthaft gestört – dafür waren eben die Wege kurz. In Summe kann ich dieses Haus, aber auch die Agentur, nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wer ein Ferienhaus mit hohem Standard sucht wird es in der Villa Alis finden.
